Property prices in Greece dropped quite a bit this year.

Not so attractive if you need to mortgage to buy.

However, most of my neighbors bring in 25-30,000 quid in income in the six tourist months with houses costing about 180,000 quid.

You may wish to check ownersdirect.co.uk for a good idea of income potential from the tourist market in various destination countries.

Best countries to setup BTLs business and reasoning behind - i.e cheap travel, cost of living, climate etc.
