They are a very big agency so things like

reputation
solvency
playing things by the book

will all be fine, and they are friendly enough

Although as they are a big company you will probably only ever deal with the 'kids' hence some if the experiences that guys like ratewhore have had.

Always seem to get put forward by them .. has never materialised into a contract though!!!
