    Would you consider outsourcing the work on your website overseas via odesk, or elance or rentacoder? You may get the same or better quality of work at a 3rd of the price. Just a suggestion.

    You should pay a lot in this climate. I'd suggest £500 would have you something nice quickly.

    Most web designers will just re-use a template that they already have.

    Whats an average price out there for a website template and CMS to be created?

    I'll sort all content, and will provide logos (unless someone can beat the £100 I've been quoted for logos and stationary templates).

    I want about 5 tabs and sumamt along the lines of this site: www.adept4.co.uk

    More detailed requirements can be given for a better quote. Finger in the air would be a nice start.
