    I used ukplc.net. Paid £25 no muss, no fuss. Took less than a day to do.

    I can recommend Abbey (or whatever they are called now!) for free business banking , been with them for 4 years. I've never had a problem.

    Limited company you can get online for about £30.

    you can sometimes get free banking - easy to set up - try hsbc or alliance and leicester

    opening a bank account is really difficult. you have to go into the bank with your company's certificate of incorporation, and 2 forms of id for yourself and they fill in the forms for you.

    ... yeah I'd pay someone to do that

    Hi,

    That seems quite expensive. I know someone who set up a limited company which was cheaper thats this, the accountants are called Danbro ltd.

    You can find Company Formation from £25.57 all done online, like the service we offer.

    You dont "need" any more than that to open a bank account with any bank.
