the aticle states "have already built a workforce of over 500 consultants with some of our leading customers. These customers now have the capability to seamlessly transition their contractors into our global delivery model"
What this means is they have sent in "moles" into these companies. These moles are likely former employees who now make a low-end contract rate. Since they have the culture and work-ethics required, they can easily ( and are likely bound by contract to do so ) be brought out of sleeper mode and play their part in the global delivery model ( also known as offshore / onshore model ).
When I saw the global delivery model at Lloyds TSB, the major problem with the "onshore element" was the fact these young Indian boys could not possibly live in London on the wages they were receiving and most were quite hopeful of getting back offshore. This seems to solve that problem.

Tech Talenta
Anyone had anything to do with them?
I can't really work out what they are and who's market they are trying to muscle in on. Are they trying to take market from existing Agents, compete with consultancy houses or just a front for Mahindra to ICT a few of their boys over.
They seem to have some good Candidate feedback (from Ian, Sanjay, Sanjay, Justhy, Sajini, Mohammed, Ansar ans Stylianos).
I have also seen them advertising roles for companies I thought had fairly closed PSLs.Tags: None
