The bank (client) will want at LEAST the two references bit. And MAYBE a couple of utility bills and banks statements - you can blank out the transactions on these. The bank (client) normally aren't interested in your Company, just YOU. The agency will normally require the company bits (C.of I., etc.) All of these things are normally asked for by the agency on behalf of the client bank. On your first day at the bank, you may have to take in a few forms of id - i.e. passport and driving license.

The bank may require more, but it depends on the bank. I've worked for 4 banks in my contracting career so far, and they've only ever gone as far as the reference checks and me showing them my passport on day one.
