The leasing industry makes over £120m a year on 'refurbishment' charges for what you or I would call 'wear and tear' but they call minor bumps and scrapes.
They try and fob you off that fair wear and tear wont result in charges but as many as 78% of car leases result in further charges often averaging £600. And do you really think they get the cars 'refurbished' after charging?
