He probably promised the customer the world, with a couple of guys who've read "Programming for Dummies" and now they are hopelessly out of their depth, and he can't find anyone in India who is not blagging their experience. So he's stuck

Reversed Outsourcing?

Just taken a call from India.

The chap said his developers were already very busy and was asking me if I could find some developers to help with a project.

Sure, but can he afford to pay their rates - No! He's sold a system to his customer for around £5K which may pay for a few hundred days of indian time but only a few hours of our time.

But he called me nevertheless - maybe I should have asked him, what is wrong with Indian developers
