    Perhaps he is, but ISTM if you want the work you will have to comply. Unless your skill set is unique he's going to have no difficulty finding an alternative candidate.

  • Working in Brussels have to go through an umbrella?

    I have applied for a role in Brussels and have just had a chat with the chap from progressive, who says he will not put me forward until I speak to an umbrella company who will explain how they work?!
    He says I cannot work in Belgium through Progressive as a limited company, i have to go through an umbrella - is this the norm?
