Get yerself some ISEB Security/BS7799 qualifications and those rates will go up £100-200 per day...

I'd suggest there weren't enough 4's and 5's to justify the higher end and I'd be expecting around £25ph-£26ph for that.
For a 7.5 hour day you could perhaps expect £190 to £200.
The top end would be £225.
The actual rate offered would depend on level of responsibility, location, market rates, supply/demand at the current time for that role and negotiation.
