Oddly, for what I do, most of the roles that pop up on jobserve seem to be for testers.
I don't suppose that helps either of us

Good Tips to get through hard time..????
Guys,
I have more than 10 years testing experience, last few years as Test Manager as well. But last 1 month+ nothing seems to be working except fishy calls from pimps.
So now I am open to any role even as a Tester...!! I do have 3 CV versions & applying in Jobsites with different CVs based on role. May end up applying to same company with 2 different CVs for 2 separate roles. Only difference b/n CVs are in details given for each project "Test Lead CV" with all lead stuff “Consultant CV” with OUT those management stuff.
Is this a Good Idea..?? Will pimps or clients get annoyed by this. I have seen if I send Test manager CV for a consultant role it gets rejected straight away….!
On rate also showing much flexibility as well not sure how these 2 will help ..?? Any feedback appreciated..
Any more Tips of CV or dealing with pimps...????Tags: None
