    I personally wouldn't start without agreeing terms. Not so bothered about IR35 review as I think they are a waste of money but, I would certainly want to be seeing their standard contract and getting any amendments I want agreed.

    Others may take a different view, it's pretty subjective...

    So I'm due to start on Monday, yet to receive a copy of my contract so no chance to get an independent review for IR35 etc (the agency *assures* me it's compliant..hmm).


    What are the implications of starting on Monday without the contract?
