Maybe you should p!55 off and do your own research before coming along and asking lots of really basic questions , and then abusing the regulars.

...try and find out for yourself, it's good practice for a contractor. The whole purpose of a fiorum like this is not to do all the work for you, but to try and help. If you don't like the help then go play somewhere else, don't knock those trying to provide it.
An umbrella and a Ltd Co will pay you very much the same, in or out of IR35, the difference being mainly admin costs and the like. The umbrellas that promise to get you much more are either lying or working some sort of scam that Mr Brown has spotted and will fix, retrospectively, in the next year or so. So be careful.
There - a clear answer. Now stop trying to be the hard man, you're not big enough to play with the grownups just yet.

..read what's already been posted, do what has been suggested, learn what you are talking about and stop wasting everyone's time with basic questions.
If you want a real job, stay permie. If you want lots of income, start by thinking fror yourself - if it was that simple, we would all be doing it, woudn't we...

Umbrella is better if u r inside IR35 ?
I had a quick calculations :
With hourly rate of £50
Inside IR35: You take 54%
Outside IR35: You take 69%
Contracting through Unbrella you get: 60 to ?? %
It's may not be a optimized calculation but it just give an idea about potential earning thru various methods.
So the coclusion is if you are inside IR35 better go for Umbrella ??Tags: None
