I used to use just JobServe, but I've had good results from listing on Monster and CV-Library.

Avoid ITJobBoard. They spam me mercilessly, often with the same jobs and other nagging emails. Removal from their system is impossible (believe me I've tried) and I now rely on my spam filter to weed out their missives.

www.GisAJob.com used to be great before it got bought by Planet Recruit. The name still makes me chuckle though.

In my experience the same contracts appear on each of the following sites so you might as well only use one.

 Jobsite
 Jobserve
 CW Jobs
 Planet Recruit

It depends on what you do, but i'd suggest:

 Monster
 Jobsite
 Jobserve
 Careers and Jobs
 CW Jobs
 Planet Recruit
 Gumtree
and believe it or not, Linked in and Facebook can have some good jobs on them too.

Some of them will have repeat info on them - most advertisers use a board posting tool which negates the need to advertise on individual boards.

 Hope that Helps

Contract hunting - other than Jobserve/site?Hi all,

Been contracting for a few years now but only just found this site.

I've moved from contract to perm and back again so many times, I've always relied on using Jobserve and Jobsite. However, as the market is not particularly great at the moment, are there any other avenues I should be trying? Am I missing a trick here?

 Thanks,
