So it might be worthwhile investing 1300 euros in a couple of courses to learn the essentials. I’m seriously looking at doing that as there are more than a few roles advertised here for Oracle Fusion. Testers generally don't need the in-depth specific product knowledge of developers though. The ‘masterclass’ on top of the basic courses is 2500 euros, but I’ll wait with that.

I can't speak from a Testing perspective but from the technology side this area has changed so much in the last few years I think you'll struggle to blag your way through an interview. Oracle fusion; blagging advice
I'm seeing a few contracts advertised for testers with knowledge of Oracle Fusion. I haven't done much with Oracle for the last couple of years, and what I did was with the database and not the middleware, but a quick look at wikipedia shows up stuff like SOAP, XML and JMS and Service Oriented Architecture, which I have some experience with, albeit from another supplier. Should i just blag it and put Oracle Fusion on my CV? Is all this middleware much of a muchness or am I likely to make a twat of myself at interview if I haven't the specific experience with Oracle Fusion?
