    you'll be fine with your existing cover.
    You only need a more substantial cover if driving is specifically part of your job and/or if you often transport company property in your vehicle. But going from site to site to perform work on - site (as opposed to the driving being part of your specific tasks) is covered by standard policies.

    Hi

    I'm starting a contract shortly for a new client under a new umbrella company (first time - used my ltd co until now).

    Where do I stand with car insurance? I've got business and social/pleasure and travel to/from work with my existing policy but now I'm an employee of an umbrella will I be insured for travelling to client sites? I'm guessing I'll be OK going to the same place everyday for a few months but I'm not sure about cover if I travel *between* client sites.

    What d'ya think?
