There not the only agency who do it.
One other agency I recognised doing it were clever enough to target their ads at random areas of the UK on different days of the week using different job boards.
Only they like this one obviously don't realise that there are contractors who will work all over and use more than one job board.

Usual rubbish from agencies - we've got loads of jobs on our books, look how well we're doing... etc. I don't EVER read the actual job ads on jobserve any more, because every single one I've ever followed up on mysteriously disappears when you enquire about it.
