Worth a punt, but be cautious about them fishing for free consultancy disguised as an interview.

..I say no job spec but the agency has advised a one liner that includes C#.Net/SQL Server 2005/2008 and the fact that it's a private equity startup, so there won't be any more detail until the face to face because it's an entrepreneurial venture.
