I used this guy:

and he gave me all of these:
http://www.lazeryattack.com/lazery_attack_logo/
and also the original eps files so that I can have a variety of print work done on them. Logo has been designed with to ensure that the printing costs are minimal so not hundreds of gradients etc.
I was very pleased.

I used http://www.printing.com/
They have loads of chains, I used the Fulham one.
For business cards they are great, but I already had a private graphic designer do my logo.
