Generic Ts and Cs

I've got some little work to do building a new website for a client outside my main contract. Does anyone have any generic Ts and Cs that I can use with my new client?

Edit: Never mind. I knew that PCG membership would come in handy one day. They have some.

Must be the heat affecting my brain today.
