It was at 500 with agency but obviously will go a bit more than that direct (although direct = through an agency at a lower % rather than really direct)

Retail knowledge

Experience of implementing SAP

Third party management

Business change / IT project management expertise is absolutely needed (as opposed to just IT project management experience

Have the ability to obtain buy-in from the business and end-users and build rapport quickly with the business experts

Detailed end to end commercial business knowledge and understanding

Desirable

Wholesale process experience

Have been involved in the design, development and configuration of a Retail tool

Have previously worked with IS-Retail

Experience of working on a European Programme
