Off the top of my head I think they are open to changes, although I've not dealt with them for some time. They are a relatively large agency so hopefully the contract will be ok anyway.

 Hi Qdos

Are Certes happy to negotiate and change anything in their contracts or are they awkward?

I'm not sure that's true. I've seen plenty of Certes contracts and they certainly aren't written by us.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostCertes told me recently that their standard contract was written by Qdos. Chose not to work through them, though, so never saw the contract.

It is not complete as I only got the job this morning and they're waiting for all the paperwork, but it looks very Non-IR35 on first glance (specifies how many hours someone has to work each day etc). Has anyone worked through them before? Do they have different contracts that you can choose to use?
I'm going to get it checked by Bauer & Cottrell anyway, but just thought I'd check whether people on here have dealt with them before or not.
It's going to be interesting anyway cos I will be working support shifts for this company but I'm hopeful that B&C will make it compliant for me.
