MSB : Good or Bad

I spoke to someone there two years ago. Last I heard from them was the agent telling me "The client is really interested,likes the look of you, and wants an interview on Thursday at 10am" I suggested that 9am would be better, and the last word was "I'll check that they can make 9 and get back to you"

Never heard a thing after that!

I worked through them last year - no issues at all. It was very ad-hoc work - a rollout doing odd evenings and weekends - but no issues at all. Didn't hear any issues from the other contractors doing the rollout either.

I will never use them again. After a year of making excuses of invoices going missing etc, I took them to court in order to be paid. I was awarded cost as well.

Are MSB and OK company to deal with?
I've heard mixed reports.
