    Dear all,

    I have been with Alexander Mann for sometime, and now the client who is a German company based here in UK, wants to contract me directly through its agency in Germany.

    Now they in Germany have asked me to produce a draft contract and send it to them.

    I need an IR35 friendly contract and any advice legally dealing with a comapny overseas...

    PCG have some standard draft copies..
