Funny , one of the viewers is - MSNBot Spider Viewing Archives - Sounds like a MSN crawler. But if it is , then how come its name appears differently than Guest ?

Isn't the "business/contracts" section supposed to be for that sort of thing already?
I think it's worth putting subcontractor requests up. If you look at the "who's here" widget on the front forum page, there's usually 5 anonymous people lurking about for every 1 logged in poster. Some of them might be decent contractors.

Have you looked at the Contractor Alliance (sticky at the top of the General forum)?
Also noticed some sort of biz find tool - http://www.pcg.org.uk/portal

About this “Job/Contracts” section , I mean, we spend so much time talking here , we might as well post jobs here. For one thing it is IR35-nice-to-do. Second, If you want to walk out of a contract – why not check for someone here to substitute first ? Worth trying.
Or is it only me who doesn’t have lots of real IT contacts ? By that I mean people who might want to “walk in” if you want to “walk out” of a contract.Last edited by 2uk; 23 June 2007, 16:36.

What's the worst that can happen? Just post the skills required and the rate, and watch the insults fly in. You know CUK by now.

Looking for sub-contractors at the contractoruk forum.
Is it a good idea to look for sub-contractors at this forum ? I haven’t noticed much posts like that.
Maybe we can have a “Jobs/Contracts” forum section.Tags: None
