I've now been approached for another contract which has a rate too good to dismiss. However, while the work is at a very well known, large media company the contract is through a Indian company that does 'strategic projects' for them and also backfills positions at the company when needed. No agency involved. So....my contract will be direct with said Indian company and they will then, presumably, sell me on as consultant to the media company.
In your many wisdoms what do i need to look out for here? I'm well versed in the kinda crap EB's throw at you to do you over, but not really sure what the pitfalls of this situation might be.
    Advice gratefully received!
    1. "backfills positions at the company when needed" - sounds VERY IR35 UNFRIENDLY.
apart from that sounds ok, need to check the T&C's with the said indian company - i.e. where do they pay from is it a UK based operation...
