Need a Lotus Administrator .... where do I start?

I am looking for a Lotus Notes administrator. (Domino 5.09 on unix).

I would Ideally like to employ a permanent person, and bearing in mind I dont want to involve agencies etc. I would like to know where would be best on the internet to post adverts etc.
