Whats the contract duration - the one week notice after 25 makes it sound like a rolling contract ?

    it's a nine month contract.

so what's the i) worse and ii) most realistic response form the agency if i left the contract early?

Agreed (without seeing the whole thing).

I'd go for zero notice on all parties though. Nice IR35 pointer.

    No Notice period?

I've been analysing the T&C's in my contract from the recruitment agency and noticed the following within the 'Termination' section:

1 day for the first week, 4 weeks for the next 25 weeks, 1 week thereafter from [agency name here]

To me, it looks like I (as a Ltd company) don't have to provide any notice to my current employers (and can abort the assignment immediatley), as no mention has been made within the T&C's. Would you guys agree?
