Guest repliedSupport contracts, my new venture!!!!!!!!!!!
I've already started this, The contracts you seek you can write yourself. I've got a few with very basic contracts (3 pages) and a few without any contracts (verbal agreements, based on trust). Good luck.. It's really hard to find the companies that require the work. Look for local business forums etc (It's all based on who not what you know)

Support contracts, my new venture!!!!!!!!!!!
Asking for your proffesional view on my new venture. The situation is, i'm currently contracting via my limited company providing lan and desktop support to a major bank in the city.
I would now like to side step and utilise my limited status and begin to provide the same services to small to medium sized business under a bi-monthly/6 monthly/yearly contract to provide them with mainly phone and site visit support. with the customer paying a bi-monthly/6 monthly/yearly fee.
And also providing 1 or 2 days a week charging £15-25 call out including 1st 30mins and then £30 - £40 an hour therafter to others who arnt willing to part a lump sum for long term support.
The question is, I need some sort of legal contract binding me and the customer together for the 1st example and for the second example i need some legal contract for them to sign after work completed stating there willing to pay the hourly rate x hours worked on the invoice.
Any comments would be highly appreciated, or could you possibly point me in the direction of a company who creates such IT contracts for business?
Keep on truckin!
