Anyone come across Cigniti ?

Been approached by an Indian agent - each phone call from them displays a different number in the UK
They have set me up for a Skpe interview with a company called Cigniti (based in Hyderabad) who will place me as a contractor at a bank in the UK.

So there's 2 fingers in the day rate pie to start with...
The role is for a Test Manager

Smells a bit fishy to me - anyone had any experience with this type of scenario or Cigniti themselves?
