Been to few lenders who have been a pain confusing personal with spv.
I have a property that I own personally with a mortgage. I have setup an SPV and plan to sell it to my spv at market rate.
I will then use those funds to purchase another personal property to live in.
I will initially lend my spv the mortgage deposit to buy it off me.
A few have said they can't do it to myself which is confusing as an SPV is separate to me personally and the sale should be like I was selling to someone else whilst others say yes it's let to buy... but it's not let to buy. As it's not going to be in my name
