    Your best bet would be to do a flyer to all the small businesses in your area and place an advert in your local paper. Pricing is the problem - do you want to charge per call or a fee for say 12 months support? If it's the last one, you need some way of ensuring that people don't abuse the system by loging calls for everything and eating into your time.

    Ideally people with multiple contracts do so both from home.

    Look at the usuals, jobserve etc..

    I'm not sure there is a huge market for this though.

    I'm thinking of searching for "support work" that I can do while I am under my current contract (evening \ weekends etc.)

    Does anyone do this currently, if so where do you find your work, directly through your contacts or via agency?
