On LinkedIn? Download your contacts and call up everyone with a pitch. If you did the BA to PM track, position yourself as an experienced BA who can facilitate high level stakeholder workshops.

Only real way I know to get multiple PM gigs is to WFH and stack them.

I asked this recently. In the same boat as you. A PM only needed for 3 days/week.
I tried uptime, freelancer but no luck especially when competing against peanuts from other bidders.

I think the consensus was networking...who you know i guess

How much do you value you time off at? It the contract pays the same as 5 days this is a big consideration for me.

I'm in a similar boat, just starting to contract part time while holding down a permie job. This role has come from contacts but I've got a very specific niche that I'm going to be going for to gradually move full time.

Depends on your skillset really, are you going to fill the type of role that would usually require somebody full time or do they need more of a 1 day a week consultant to help out?

I work 3 clients due to the ebbs and flow of work from each, and it's incredibly financially rewarding; however I'm a software engineer so I'm not sure it's translatable to PM work? If you can find such opportunities, do it.

Pretty sure this has been asked recently.

IME part time work has come about because of people I know rather than a job board. It's very rare to get a p/t gig otherwise.

Perhaps use the time to work on Plan B or just enjoy the work-life balance? I loved working part time and will go back to it as soon as I can.

Part time contracts

Current contract with direct client has 3 -4 days per week work, very good rate, pays me the same as 5 days per week. However would like to fill up the remaining 1-2 days as well. Any job boards that are better for part time contracts jobserve and jobsite don't seem to have a lot of these (and I don't want to go to one of those websites where you are bidding against $5 per hour Indians)

I'm a PM if it makes a difference
