Any one worked / working for C&CCC UK recently?

Is there anyone who has worked as Project Manager for Cheque & Credit Clearing Company recently. I had an offer for Project Manager role to support the Merger Programme. Just wanted to know the work culture / experience in C&CCC. Any information would be much appreciated.
