E-mails seem to go along the lines of "blah blah blah.... p.s. I'm recovering after a heavy weekend".

Just remember that even after you've spent it all on drugs n' hoors you still only have to pay your VAT quarterly so it is perfectly ok to park the VAT money chez ladbrokes for a few months so you will always be quids in.Originally posted by DanTheManYeah I could helluva use the money after all the setup costs. Hehe Socky.
The way I've pimped myself I get to put in another 2 invoices before Chrimbo so it should be a good one. My contract's up at the end of Jan though so maybe I'll try and keep some back.
...unless said agent is fit and I eventually get to meet her.

I'm in line for some big wonga when I get paid. Shame I wont see any of it untill I take a directors loan/dividend as I am way over the £5k for this year so dont want to pay 25% or whatever of my £5k salary to hector.Originally posted by DanTheManYeah I could helluva use the money after all the setup costs. Remember mine, it had been a few weeks, setting up companies, accounts etc (it was a bit harder back then). Fit agent turned up, took me out for a boozy lunch and gave me a cheque for 6 grand (4 months pay at my previous job).
As she said - not often a women takes you out for lunch, pays for it and gives you 6k - happy days, even if the 20% she was scooping off paid for the food !
