Did anyone ever buy the CV tailoring service? I thought they made some good points, but before splashing the cash wanted to see if it's been a success/failure with others?

Good thing about the recording is you can pause and resume and write down the example text that they give on the screen. (or just take a screenshot)

I assume though that the webinar would "give away" enough advice and knowledge to enable the attendees to go and take the concepts forward themselves anyway?

Yes, it is definitely worth attending. But they're fairly good at convincing you that they can do a better job on it. After all you could do your own accounts, but most of us choose not to.

As far as I know (assuming it's similar to the ipse organised one I attended), the events are free, useful in terms of content, but also quite salesy - so I guess they get their money from people signing up for their services.
