CAPITA Contracts

Hi Guys,

I'm had an offer from Capita internal resourcing for a Contract very good rate. However I have read some bad things about Capita, the agent said the contract will take 3 days to be sent but are these contract Outside of IR-35 usually or not ?

My contract is with Capita (Defence Security Resourcing) and passed a compliance check last month, you could ask for a copy of their template and get that looked at to speed things up, I think the only issues were with the Contingent Labour One (CLOne) contracts, but even those are better these days
