    Yeah it's direct. I did try to shorten the payment terms but got told to jog on 😜. You don't ask you don't get.

    To be fair, those terms don't seem that bad compared to other agencies (sometimes 30 days + ). If you're going direct then it's blumen amazing.

    Not sure if this is the right place for the question; sorry if it isn't.

    So contract states invoice will be paid 10 days after date of invoice.

    Now it doesn't say 10 working days, so would the weekend count in the "10 days"? Or is there some ruling that says weekends days don't count?
