Try IPSE (I believe you need to be a member for some of their templates):

Writing own contract - QDOS 'model' ok?

I may have an opportunity to provide my own contract as a starting point to run past a client (direct with client, not agency) so I'm looking for something which ticks the IR35 boxes.

I've found the model template on the QDOS site (rhs sidebar on this page: IR35 - What is IR35 - IR35 Legislation - Qdos Consulting ) - is this known to have any issues? (I'd hope not given that QDOS review contracts...) and is this something I could tailor myself with a bit of research/time/effort or should I get a professional to do it....?

I'm aware that a good contract is only half the IR35 battle (against working practices) which I'll establish through interviews.

    Cheers

Working...
