Last annual accounts 31 Dec 2013:
    Net Worth: £20.8k
    Cash: £40
    Current liabilities: £45.5k

Incorporated in 1998, didn't have anything in the accounts until 2009 (apart from the £2 from the two owners)

The most cash they have ever had in the bank at the end of the trading year was £36k at the end of 2012.

One of the 50% owners is no longer a director, but is a director of Computerworld MPS Ltd which has cash of £32k and a net value of -£54k The two companies have the same registered office but not in the same group structure. He is also a director of Mark Hadfield Selection Ltd (again, same address, no relationship) which has similarly impressive financials - net worth -£11k, cash £1.6k, liabilities £97k. He used to be a director of Computerworld Holdings Ltd which owns Computerworld (Training) Ltd and Computerworld (Systems) Ltd...

The other owner also owns 37% of Hunter Selection Ltd - a different address, and significantly better financials (Cash £217k, net worth £250k)

I have 8000+ archived emails from and to agencies over the last 10 years and have not one in there to or from this one, so it probably means they are a very small niche player and/or not dealing with contractors. I would have them credit checked before signing a contract with them

Has anyone here had a contract through ComputerWorld Personnel? They've lined up an interview for me, so I'm just trying to get an idea of how reputable, reliable, etc they are. Any feedback/info/opinions on them?
