i have been with them a few times, happy to help if you want to PM me.Originally posted by helsbels1707 View PostHi,
Was wondering if anyone has had any experience contracting with RBS before. I am due to start a new contract with them in December and I was wanting to know what type of things they look for when they carry out credit checks as someone mentioned that RBS are more indepth than other banks.
Thanks

WHY?
I'm a bit unsure why are you worried about the background checks of RBS or any other bank/financial services company.
If you work in the financial services sector that is 'standard' as far as I can remember.
Add to that fact that I had personally more than just credit checks on my contracts - they check credit score, criminal record, diplomas, past addresses, past companies, etc.
If you are clean you are OK with those checks, I'd say. If you have something you don't wanna them to know about probably not the best industry to be in.
On the other hand, you could just run a search on the forum: http://forums.contractoruk.com/accou...quirement.html
Take care and good luck on the new gig
