Contract in Brussels.

Hi:

I got a call today for a possible contract in Brussels.

The agent said that I may have to go on Payroll because of new laws.

Has anyone heard of this - or is this just plain wrong?

The last time I worked in Belgium was 2006 and I used my LTD. company.

It is not attractive at the moment, because I feel the rate needs to be quite high to cover the considerable costs.
