    That was one of the (dodgier) selling points of Brexit wasn’t it? That being in the EU was racist and denying non-EU citizens the opportunities that FoM offered.

    It’s almost as if the problem isn’t being in the EU, but the attitudes of U.K. businesses and the intra-company transfer rules that HMG implement....

    If they can’t get the manpower in large scale then they’d move operations elsewhere.
