Brexit fears prompt more than 50 firms to move registrations away from the UK
The threat of a no-deal Brexit has prompted more than 50 chemicals companies to move regulatory approvals from the UK to the EU.
The companies, which have operations in the UK, have applied to use European Union regulators for critical authorisations to protect their ability to do business legally.
Their current authorisations will become worthless if there is no transition arrangement following 29 March, the planned date of Brexit, according to data provided to the Guardian by the European commission.

Deal, No Deal, stay, go, whatever, international trading companies will still need to comply with EU regulations (including regulatory approvals) if they want to trade in Europe.
Clientco in the UK is implementing EU directives now, and will continue do so in the future for any product going into the EU.

Where's the problem?
If you want to trade with Europe then you make sure you meet their standards, unless you're China, in which case you forge the relevant type certifications.*
