    If by “sensible” you mean they are prioritising money for votes over, say, regions with homelessness, food banks, job insecurity, etc.

    Brexiters saying that if we stop paying the EU we can make our own decisions on where money is paid to, are about to find out who the Tories (and Labour for that matter) prioritise.
