    Mr Gove will add "it allows us largely to diverge from EU regulation after the transition, to leave the Common Agricultural Policy and end all mandatory payments to the EU".
    Diverge from EU regulation? That’ll be interesting when the trade deal is negotiated.

    Also, it’s not the payments to the EU that the farmers are interested in.....
