Ok a politician has lied to you but please dont riot as it will affect the value of my embedded derivatives.

    Thanks

    Flipping flip:

    Theresa May:

“The ECHR can bind the hands of parliament, adds nothing to our prosperity, makes us less secure by preventing the deportation of dangerous foreign nationals – and does nothing to change the attitudes of governments like Russia’s when it comes to human rights.”
The latest piece of paper from the lady herself:

The UK is committed to membership of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
    ..
The agreement should also include a mutual commitment to individuals’ rights, noting that the UK will remain a party to the ECHR after it has left the EU.
Not quite what it said in the Tory manifesto either...

    Definitely a flip from 2017:

    https://www.gov.uk/government/speech...e-eu-pm-speech

Not partial membership of the European Union, associate membership of the European Union, or anything that leaves us half-in, half-out. We do not seek to adopt a model already enjoyed by other countries. We do not seek to hold on to bits of membership as we leave. What we require is land of unicorns, the freedom to brew our own jam and morris dancers galore.

Would that be the same one that the European Parliament suggested sometime ago:
