What utter bollox! You really are a dopey git

I travelled in Europe in the 1950s and 60s.

Had to stop at each border and only allowed 200 cigarettes and three bottles of wine.
If carrying tools or valuables such as expensive camera you need are carnet.
Caravans needed a Carnet de Passage.
For Greece, Carnet de Passage for car.
    Green card compulsory.
Carrying commercial goods, need a pile of paperwork and delays at customs.

Currently I can pack the car to the full and drive freely for 2000 miles in Europe without formalities. This will change after Brexit

And, given that excise duty on a bottle of wine in France is considerably less than U.K. duty and you have a personal allowance, it’s virtually duty free.

Not entirely sure what the sockie’s point is....
Point is not much will change and everything will carry on as normal, the apocalypse is not nigh..... No sockie me btw but whatever.....

Yes, the war was great wasn't it. You just roll into whatever country you like and enjoy the local produce.

Go home Davis, you’re drunk (again).

(Sail to France for £1 though. Plus visa costs, private insurance, roaming charges, tariffs and vat on anything brought back, etc)
