    Mervyn King(not the darts player) was one of the economists who wrote to Geoffrey Howe disagreeing with the 1981 budget. With hindsight that looked wrong.

    Economists often talk rubbish that may or may not be right.

    Though in this case I think their predicted outcome will happen.
