Too many MP's wont agree to a Leave EU , Leave CU and Leave SM deal so she is doing this in a conciliatory way to get some agreement as to what would work for them otherwise we either back out or go cliff edge.
In MP terms the percentage is not enough for her to get a majority vote on Brexit, even with the DUP so predictions are that they will do a Swiss/Norway style deal and then pay for some access to the markets, she is just testing the water on this, nobody cares about May anyway she is a dead woman walking but they will keep her in power so that when it either all goes wrong or we get a Swiss/Norway style deal and leavers complain this is not what they wanted, she will be the sacrifice.
putting more money into the pound going up at time of Brexit, its just so much easier than working.
